An interesting video has been released about superstition in India and the efforts of “anti-superstition activists” to spread reason. Rationalist groups take anti-superstition shows to schools and the streets, showing people that even they may lay on a bed of nails, spit fire, and walk on hot coals without the help of the supernatural.
The rationalists discuss the ancient “eastern” practices of human sacrifice which still occur today and the use of superstition as an excuse to kill.
