Mary Appears in Texas or Something Stupid I Read Today

This is old news, but I just stumbled across it and I can’t help sharing the stupidity.
An icicle that was found in a freezer at a grocery store in Texas last year made people cry. Apparently, it is an apparition of the Virgin Mary.
I don’t get it.
What is really amazing is what people are saying about it. For example, a visitor to the store said:
“I had a lump in my breast and yesterday when I went home it disappeared,” a woman said. “I don’t have it no more.”
And the article’s author says:
Others said they believe the ice formation is the real thing.
As opposed to fake ice?
